General Contractor & Home Remodeling
Complete residential renovations managed from demolition to final installation.
Instead of coordinating a flooring crew, a carpenter, a painter and an electrician who never speak to each other, you work with a single team that owns the schedule, the trades and the result.
One contract. One point of contact. One company accountable for the finish.
The usual way
Five or six companies, each with their own schedule.
Nobody owns the sequence, so trades collide.
When something goes wrong, everyone points sideways.
With Castro Solutions
One team, one schedule, one sequence.
Specialists in different trades, under the same company.
One name on the result.
These are not separate services to shop around. They are the areas we work in while running a single renovation.
Full-property renovations taken from the first demolition day through final installation, on one schedule and one point of contact.

Our own crew, our own steel
The steel structure, the hardwood treads and the railing that finishes them. Four trades most contractors hire out separately, done by the same team on the same schedule.
The reason a renovation goes wrong is almost never the craftsmanship. It is the handoffs. This is the order we work in, and you are told where the project stands at every one of them.
Walkthrough and estimate
We visit the property, measure, and put the full scope in writing before anything starts.
Scope, schedule and permits
You approve a fixed scope and a schedule. We handle the permit process where the work requires it.
Demolition
Controlled removal, with the rest of the property protected and the debris handled.
Structure and installation
Framing, flooring, staircases, railings and cabinetry, sequenced so trades do not collide.
Finishes
Trim, paint and the details that decide whether a job looks finished or merely done.
Walkthrough and handover
We walk the property with you and close the punch list before we call it complete.
Castro Solutions started the way most good crews do. One family, with each person spending years getting good at a different part of construction: flooring, staircases and railings, carpentry, outdoor structures.
For years that experience went into other companies' projects. Now it goes into ours. That is the difference between hiring one person who does a bit of everything, and hiring a company whose people each do one thing properly.
Based in Oakland Park. Serving South Florida.
What does it cost per square foot?
Pricing depends on the type of work, materials, site conditions, and project scope. We review the details before preparing a quote so you receive pricing that reflects your actual project.
Can I see a project you have completed?
Yes. We can share photos and videos of completed projects. If you would like to see a project in person, let us know and we can discuss whether a visit can be arranged.
Do you pull the permits?
We can coordinate the permitting process when it is included in the project scope. Permit requirements vary by location and type of work, so we clarify who is responsible for permits before the project begins.
How long does a renovation take?
The timeline depends on the scope of work, material availability, permits, and inspections. After reviewing your project, we will provide an estimated schedule and keep you updated as the work progresses.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yes, in many cases. We will review the materials before installation to confirm they are suitable for the project. Owner-supplied materials may affect scheduling, and manufacturer or product issues remain subject to the applicable product warranty.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Oakland Park and serve clients throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties, including Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and West Palm Beach. We also consider projects in the Miami area depending on the scope.
